Cambridge was the remaining phase 3 of a project taken over by Greenhawk from an under performing developer. Phase 3 is actually 2 phases (3A and 3B). Homes are being built in this community by DR Horton. It was our first project with Greenhawk and we’ve since been awarded 2 more projects due to our performance.
