Willow Springs High School Fred Smith Construction contracted SouthernCross Construction to help build a new high school in Fuquay-Varina, NC, for the Wake County Public School System. SouthernCross Construction installed over 24,000 LF of sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and waterline for this project in just over four months.

Friendship Public Utilities Extension Design Build The Town of Holly Springs chose SouthernCross Construction as the prime contractor for their first design-build project.  SouthernCross teamed up with Timmons Group and Water and Waste Systems to build out the water, sewer, and reclaim infrastructure to extend from the wastewater treatment plant to the Friendship Innovation Park
