Lennar contracted SouthernCross Construction to help build a 2 Phase, 126 single-family lot subdivision in Garner, NC. SouthernCross Construction installed over 21,000 LF of Utilities and Moved over 150,000 CY of Dirt for this project including an off-site Waterline Extension along New Bethel Church Rd. for the Town of Garner.    

Stella View is 3 phase subdivision for Lennar Corporation located in Durham, NC. The project consists of  25000 ft of sewer, water, and storm.  It includes a 1250’ widening of Sherron Road and an offsite stop light interchange upgrade at Mineral Springs and Sherron Road.   Phase 1 is set to pave in October, 2024 which
