Geneva Lennar contracted SouthernCross Construction to help build an 11 Phase, 405 single-family lot subdivision in Fuquay-Varina, NC. SouthernCross Construction installed over 72,000 LF of sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and waterline for this project in just over 18 months, including an 11’X6.5’ Aluminum Box Culvert laid across Angier Road.

Griffon Weston (Lafayette Park) Samet Corporation contracted SouthernCross Construction to help build a 22-acre, 212-unit multi-family residential development for Singh, LLC Development. SouthernCross Construction performed the turnkey site development for this project, including a 4-tier 30 vertical foot retaining wall.
