California-based drug maker Amgen Inc. contracted with Helix Ventures and SouthernCross Construction to help build their 350,000 SF, $550 million dollar manufacturing plant in Holly Springs, NC. SouthernCross Construction performed the turnkey site development for this fast-track monumental project within the demanding schedule.
