Brasfield and Gorrie contracted SouthernCross Construction to help build a 175,000 SF mixed-use facility and adjacent parking structure at the corner of Glenwood Avenue and Creedmoor Road in Raleigh, NC, for East West Partners. SouthernCross Construction performed the turnkey site development for this project, including a NCDOT Widening of Glenwood Avenue and Creedmoor Road.
