Helix Ventures contracted SouthernCross Construction to build out the initial infrastructure for the new 200-acre Oakview Innovation Park that will be home to commercial and life science manufacturing in Holly Springs, NC. SouthernCross performed the turnkey site development for this project, including a 6,100 LF outfall that consisted of 16” sewer mains as deep as 32 vertical feet.
