Stella View is 3 phase subdivision for Lennar Corporation located in Durham, NC. The project consists of 25000 ft of sewer, water, and storm. It includes a 1250’ widening of Sherron Road and an offsite stop light interchange upgrade at Mineral Springs and Sherron Road. Phase 1 is set to pave in October, 2024 which is on schedule. Phase 2 and 3 are currently 2 months ahead of schedule and all work will be performed in 12 months.
